Renewal letters will be sent to existing swimmers a few weeks before the end of term.The letter informs the parent the dates and payment amount for the forthcoming course. Payment must be received within the stated date to secure a continued place.

Payment is required in advance of the next course starting. The amount will vary according to how many swimming weeks are in that particular block.

Kindly note that refunds are not issued in the event of non-attendance. However in certain circumstances this may be possible, if for instance, the swimmer has incurred a serious injury, e.g. broken limb or serious illness or operation.
